Technical generation failures

A failed generation automatically returns the 100 credits reserved for that task, once. Returned credits can be used for another attempt. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.

Purchase refund requests

Contact support@burning-bridges-drake-ai.pro within 14 days for an unused credit-pack refund request. Used credits and completed generations are not automatically refundable. If there is a billing error or the service fails to deliver its advertised function, include your order reference so we can investigate. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

AI output variation

Review the full examples before purchasing. AI likeness, hands, movement, room details and audio can vary. A successful result does not guarantee a particular identity match or social-media reach. Discuss a materially incorrect result with support; do not submit repeated paid jobs expecting an automatic cash refund.
